Coming out of UFC’s International Fight Week, where three consecutive events were held in three days in Las Vegas, Nevada, several fighters went home experiencing the thrill of victory, while many others felt the agony of defeat.

With every decision comes a consequence and for those fighters who took part in battle this past at the TUF 23 Finale, it’s their time to faces those consequences in the form of medical suspensions. Claudia Gadelha, who lost to Joanna Jedrzejczyk in the main event for the women’s strawweight title, must have her right thumb x-rayed to rule out a fracture or no contest until 01/05/2017; minimum suspension no contest until 08/23, no contact until 08/08. Also, Cezar Ferreira could be out until 2017 unless he gets his left foot x-rayed to rule out a fracture.

The Ultimate Fighter 23 Finale took place on Thursday, July 8 at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas. The prelims aired on UFC Fight Pass and FOX Sports 1 while the main card aired on FS1. There were a light heavyweight tournament finale fight and a women’s strawweight tournament finale fight at this event. Will Brooks made his UFC debut on this card against Ross Pearson.

Topping the list is UFC Women’s Strawweight Champion Joanna Jedrzejczyk, who earned $210,000 for her victory over rival Claudia Gadelha in the main event of the event, in what is considered one of the best fights to take place during UFC’s International Fight Week last week.

It’s worth noting that the following figures do not include the many bonuses and other earnings UFC pays to their fighters that are not reported to the Nevada Athletic Commission (NAC).

‘Joanna Champion’ successfully defended her belt for a third time by beating her archrival and opposing TUF 23 coach Gadelha in a back-and-forth affair that Gadelha largely controlled with her wrestling and grappling in the earlygoing.

But the grind of the endless takedown attempts and clinch seemed to wear on Gadelha, as she seemed to tire and leave an opening for a much fresher Jerdzejczyk to land an absolute outpouring of significant strikes in the second round.

With the defining win over her closest competitor, Jedrzejczyk has cemented herself as one of the most dominant champions in all of the UFC, trailing only flyweight champion Demetrious Johnson for the most title defenses in a row in the UFC.
