UFC president Dana White didn’t outright say it, but twice in the aftermath of UFC 121, he hinted that we might have seen the end of “The Huntington Beach Bad Boy” Tito Ortiz in the UFC’s octagon.
Ortiz lost to Matt Hamill in a unanimous decision in one of the night’s featured bouts, a defeat that marked his fourth setback in his last five fights (he also has a draw in that time). Many fighters are cut after two or three losses, leading reporters to question White about the former light-heavyweight champion’s future.

Diego Sanchez, Paulo Thiago and Daniel Roberts were also $70,000 bonus winners. Sanchez and Thiago took part in the Fight of the Night, while Roberts received the nod for Submission of the Night.

UFC heavyweight champion Brock Lesnar will carry an approximate 20-pound advantage when he puts his belt on the line Saturday against Cain Velasquez at UFC 121 at the Honda Center In Anaheim, Calif.
During the weigh-ins Friday afternoon, Velasquez stepped on the scale first, registering at 244 pounds, while Lesnar weighed-in (with massive beard) just one pound under the limit at 264 pounds.
