The Korean Zombie wants a title shot next.
Zombie made it two wins in a row following an impressive second-round TKO victory over Frankie Edgar in the UFC Busan headliner on Saturday night.
And in his post-fight interview, he made sure to call out the new featherweight champion in Alexander Volkanovski.
“I want Volkanovski,” he said before leaving the Octagon.
Volkanovski is currently nursing some injuries while he is also expected to face former champion Max Holloway in a rematch once he’s ready.
Could Zombie possibly overtake Holloway and get another title shot?

The Korean Zombie made quick work of Frankie Edgar in their UFC Busan headliner on Saturday.
Zombie hurt Edgar early on and dropped him. He landed plenty of ground and pound that bloodied the former lightweight champion up. However, Edgar showed heart as always and got back to his feet.
But in the end, Zombie prevailed as he quickly dropped “The Answer” soon after to get the first-round TKO victory.

Round 1:
Edger steps in with a nice hook and leg kick. Jung rocks Edgar with a shot and drops him. Edgar is hurt bad, and Jung now trying to take Edgar’s back. Jung gets Edgar flattened out and is working ground-and-pound. More ground-and-pound for Jung and Edgar is bleeding badly, trying to turtle inside. Edgar gets to his feet, eats more huge shots from Jung, and that’s it.
Official Result: Chan Sung Jung def. Frankie Edgar via R1 TKO (punches, 3:18)
