UFC on ESPN 1 preliminary card results are underway as the Las Vegas-based promotion holds this latest event on television for fight fans around the world to watch the show.

It’s once again fight day here at LowKickMMA, and the talent on display tonight (Sunday, February 17, 2019) will come from in the form of UFC on ESPN 1. Headlining the card are Francis Ngannou and Cain Velasquez, but there’s a whole bunch of great fights also taking place on the preliminary section of the card.

Jimmie Rivera vs. Aljamain Sterling in a bantamweight closes the preliminary card on ESPN in what should be an interesting fight.

Benito Lopez vs. Manny Bermudez is next in a bantamweight bout.

Ashlee Evans-Smith vs. Andrea Lee is next in a women’s flyweight bout.

Scott Holtzman vs. Nik Lentz in a lightweight bout opens the ESPN preliminary bouts.

Renan Barao vs. Luke Sanders is next in a bantamweight bout finishes off the ESPN+ preliminary card.

Opening the ESPN+ prelims is Aleksandra Albu vs. Emily Whitmire in a women’s strawweight bout. In round 1, Whitmire takes the back and goes for the rear-naked choke! And she gets the tap in just 61 seconds

The final UFC on ESPN 1 betting odds are in for as this event is quickly approaching for the Las Vegas-based promotion.

UFC on ESPN 1 is here, and it goes down tonight (Sunday, February 17, 2019) from the Talking Stick Resort Arena in Phoenix, Arizona. The main card will air on ESPN at 9 p.m. ET. The preliminary card will be split broadcasted on ESPN at 7 p.m. ET and the TV network’s streaming service, ESPN +, at 5:30 p.m. ET.

Francis Ngannou vs. Cain Velasquez in a heavyweight bout will headline the show. Paul Felder vs. James Vick in a lightweight bout will co-headline.

Rounding out the six bout main card is Cortney Casey vs. Cynthia Calvillo in a women’s strawweight bout, Alex Caceres vs. Kron Gracie in a featherweight bout, Vicente Luque vs. Bryan Barberena in a welterweight bout, and Andre Fili vs. Myles Jury in a featherweight bout.

According to oddsmakers, Velasquez is a -165 favorite over Ngannou, who is a +145 underdog. Other odds for the main card include Felder being a +105 underdog against Vick, who is a -115 favorite. Here are the full betting odds:

ESPN will host its first UFC event on its main channel tonight (Sun. February 17, 2019).

UFC on ESPN 1 goes down from the Talking Stick Resort Arena in Phoenix, Arizona. In the main event of the night, former UFC heavyweight champion Cain Velasquez makes his highly-anticipated return after two years. Velasquez faces feared knockout artist Francis Ngannou. Also, Paul Felder and James Vick co-main event in a tremendous lightweight match-up.

Kron Gracie will also make his UFC debut, cornered by fan-favorite Nate Diaz, as he takes on the always flashy Alex Caceres. Check out the full UFC on ESPN 1 fight card, start time, and information on how to watch below:
