Bleacher Report kicks off this week with another exciting episode of The Ultimate Show. UFC’s debut in Calgary is coming up with an exciting bantamweight interim championship fight between Urijah Faber and up and coming phenom Renan Barao.

With Dominic Cruz on the sideline recovering from knee surgery, this fight will determine who holds the title until Cruz is back to defend his belt.

The Ultimate Show got a chance to sit down with one of the most common faces you see in the octagon today, Herb Dean. Herb gave TUS some insight on what he’s up to these days when he’s not in the cage breaking up fights.

TUS caught up with undefeated rising star Chris Weidman for Move of The Week. Weidman and friends demonstrate to us how to move on an angle out of a thai-clinch into a submission. Yeah, I know it sounds complicated, but once you see how it’s done, you’ll be submitting your friends in no time.
