Former long-time UFC featherweight champion Jose Aldo is now nearly a month and a half removed from the first loss he has suffered in a decade.

Aldo surrendered his title at last month’s UFC 194 from Las Vegas, suffering a brutal 13 second knockout loss at the hands of reigning boss Conor McGregor.

In the aftermath of such a devastating and heart breaking loss, “Scarface” has made it clear that all he’s interest in is a rematch with McGregor or a fight for the title. The former champion has even insisted that he will wait until he is given one of those two.

With McGregor moving up to challenge for the lightweight strap against Rafael dos Anjos at March 5’s UFC 196, and Frankie Edgar likely being next in line at featherweight, Aldo could end up having a lot of time on his hands.

Not only that, but UFC President Dana White doesn’t seem too interested in granting those wishes towards Aldo, a man who hasn’t always seemed to get along with his employers
