Hasbulla Magomedov has distanced himself from talk of a fight against Abdu Rozik.

Hasbulla and Rozik became global stars off the back of a mock press conference that was posted to YouTube touting a fight between the Russian duo who suffer from the same rare form of dwarfism.

Since then, Hasbulla has publically clashed with his rival frequently, most recently the two teenagers were both in attendance at UFC 267 and came to blows following the conclusion of the light-heavyweight title main event at the Etihad Arena in Abu Dhabi. According to reports Dana White is interested in staging a fight between Hasbulla and Rozik but the man himself doesn’t think it will happen.

Hasbulla Pours Cold Water On A Potential Fight With Abdu Rozik

“Yes some people want to organise it but they won’t be able to,” Hasbulla said during his first media scrum. “Because it is too expensive and not too many people will be able to pay for it.

“And I don’t want the fight at the moment, no we haven’t discussed it and Dana White didn’t discuss it,” Hasbulla added. “Abdu Rozik he is a bum and he is a singer. This fight doesn’t make sense.” (Transcribed by Mirror Fighting)

These comments will be music to the ears of many including The Russian Athletic Association For Dwarfs who have expressed their disdain for what they call an “unethical” match-up.

It’s not even like a show fight — they (Magomedov and Rozik) get paid a lot of money and it’s a show to make people laugh,” Uliana Podpalnaya said. “There’s nothing serious about this, this isn’t sport. This is unethical, wrong, from my point of view. It seems to be that only on the one hand it can be correct and beautiful — if martial arts among small people are made a Paralympic sport.

It could be Judo, Karate, and people will understand that this is a serious sport, serious performances, and not some kind of laughing show,” Podpalyana explained. “Events like this don’t draw attention to the sport of little people. If interest in this appears, it’s only business a lot of money is being invested in it. And from the point of view of the sports career growth of these guys, there are no prospects.“

Do you think we’ll ever see Hasbulla vs. Abdu Rozik?

Darren Till had his hands full out in Abu Dhabi when he ran into Abdu Rozik.

‘The Gorilla’ has been out in the UAE for a little while now getting rounds in with the likes of Leon Edwards and socialising with reputed Irish mob boss Daniel Kinahan.

Till was in attendance at the Probellum boxings show at Coca-Cola Arena in Dubai on Saturday. So was the viral sensation Rozik who the Liverpudlian claims stole his girl before starting a fight. Check out footage from the public sparring session below.

Abdu Rozik Is Making A Habit Of Scrapping At Sports Events

The Russian viral sensation isn’t scared to get into it publically with his rivals. Rozik became famous after a mock press conference was posted to YouTube touting a fight between him and Hasbulla, who also suffers from the same rare form of dwarfism.

Rosik and Hasbulla were both in attendance at UFC 267 earlier this year and came to blows following the conclusion of the light-heavyweight title main event at the Etihad Arena in Abu Dhabi.

Since then, Dana White has expressed some interest in making Rozik vs. Hasbulla happen in the UFC Octagon, despite the fact the proposed fight has been condemned by many, including the Russian Athletic Association For Dwarfs who issued a statement condemning the “unethical” match-up.

It’s not even like a show fight — they (Magomedov and Rozik) get paid a lot of money and it’s a show to make people laugh,” Uliana Podpalnaya said. “There’s nothing serious about this, this isn’t sport. Hasbulla & Abdu Rozik rivalry

Javier Mendez was once a non-believer in the rivalry between Hasbulla and Abdu Rozik, but after UFC 267, he’s now a firm believer in the beef that is brewing between the two.

There have been some amazing rivalries in MMA history. Jon Jones vs Daniel Cormier, Anderson Silva vs Chael Sonnen and Conor McGregor vs Nate Diaz to name just a few. None have been bigger than the rivalry between internet sensations Hasbulla and Abdu Rozik.

The two almost came to blows at UFC 267 in Abu Dhabi but were held off by some security.

Javier Mendez, the founder and coach of AKA (American Kickboxing Academy) has claimed that Hasbulla and Abdu Rozik truly share a hateful relationship with each other. He spoke about the two on the most recent installment of his podcast ‘The Javier Mendez Podcast’.

“So I’m with Rizwan, I’m with Khabib today and I said, ‘Hey, what’s the deal with those guys? It’s a joke, right?’ And Rizwan says, ‘No coach, they hate each other.’ I go, ‘What?! They hate each other?’ He goes, ‘Yes. They really hate each other.’” (H/T Sportskeeda)

Mendez wasn’t a believer in the rivalry before he saw the video of the two trying to fight at UFC 267

“I just looked at Instagram right now, where Nogueira, he put a post up with these two guys going at it and it did look real. I thought it was all playing. I thought they were making it up. But no. And Khabib would never lie to me. He goes, ‘Those guys don’t like each other.’ Now will they ever fight? I don’t know. But the hate is real.”

The two captured the fascination of MMA fans everywhere months ago when they held a “press conference” for their upcoming fight, which is yet to happen and they haven’t even set a date. Hasbulla was seen all over UFC 267 with former fighters and was even inside the cage with Khabib Nurmagomedov and Islam Mackachev after his win over Dan Hooker.

Do you buy into the rivalry or do you believe it is all for show?

Dana White is apparently trying to make a fight between Habulla Magomedov and Abu Rozik in the UFC.

The social media sensations were both in attendance at UFC 267 this past weekend and came to blows following the conclusion of the light-heavyweight title main event at the Etihad Arena in Abu Dhabi.

Hasbulla and Rozik suffer from a form of Dwarfism, a body disorder in which adults exhibit the physical attributes of a child.

The duo has used their disability to launch careers in the entertainment industry. Hasbulla in particular has become world-famous off the back of a mock fight press conference he took part in alongside Rozik. At UFC 267, it was clear both men still have beef and want to make their fight official.

Dana White To Book Hasbulla vs. Abdu Rozik?

Ahead of UFC 267, White was vocal about wanting to work with Hasbulla moving forward. The UFC boss did not specify in what capacity the social media star would join the company but according to leaked DM’s White is actually interested in booking a fight between Hasbulla and Rozik.

Asxab Tamaev, a 19-year-old MMA fighter who is often featured in videos with Hasbulla posted what he claims to be a screenshot of a conversation between himself and the UFC president on Instagram – check it out.

If the UFC is truly trying to book a fight between Hasbulla and Rozik, they are bound to face some backlash from the general public and most of all The Russian Athletic Association for dwarfs who previously voiced their disgust when the viral fight was previously rumoured.

Back in May, the head of Russia’s Dwarf Athletic Association, Uliana Podpalnaya called the potential mixed martial arts fight between Magomedov and Rozik “unethical”.

Hasbulla Magomedov Abdu Rozik

Social media sensations Hasbulla Magomedov and Abdu Rozik were both in attendance at UFC 267 this weekend, but they nearly came to blows after seeing each other at Etihad Arena in Abu Dhabi.

Both Magomedov and Rozik suffer from a condition commonly known as Dwarfism, which is a body disorder in which adults exhibit the physical attributes of a child. Magomedov and Rozik have both taken their conditions in stride, though, and have used it to grow into two of the biggest names in the fight business today.

Magomedov, in particular, has dabbled in the fight game for a long time. He is a TikTok blogger who became popular after posting videos of him fighting children, and also has relationships with UFC president Dana White and former lightweight champion Khabib Nurmagomedov.

After Islam Makhachev‘s win at UFC 267, Magomedov was brought into the octagon and was involved in the post-fight celebration. But about an hour later, Magomedov was seen scrapping with Rozik, who has called for a fight with him for months.

Hasbulla Magomedov and Abdu Rozik have been rumored to fight for months

Magomedov and Rozik nearly start an all-out brawl on the Etihad Arena floor before nearby audience members intervened. The video quickly went viral on social media as many MMA fans called once again for a fight between the two.

A fight between the two has been the talk on social media for a long time, but negotiations haven’t materialized as a sponsor for the exhibition hasn’t come forward. It’s also unclear as to whether it will be an MMA or boxing match and when and where exactly it’ll take place.

But, Magomedov and Rozik nearly fought for free during the fights at UFC 267.

The Russian Athletic Association for dwarfs has voiced their displeasure toward the social media interest in a potential fight between social media star, Hasbullah Magomedov and Abdu Rozik — labeling the potential fight as “unethical“.

The potential fight, which is expected to be organized by professional mixed martial artist, Asxab Tameav, is currently yet to be nailed down, however, footage of a face-off between Magomedov and Rozik circulated through social media over the last number of days, gaining sizeable exposure.

Magomedov, who is commonly known as ‘Little Khabib’ — in reference to former UFC lightweight champion, Khabib Nurmagomedov, has gained social media exposure over the last couple of weeks, however, the head of Russia’s Dwarf Athletic Association, Uliana Podpalnaya has called the potential mixed martial arts fight between Magomedov and Rozik “unethical” during a recent interview with Gazeta.ru as per RT Sport.

It’s not even like a show fight — they (Magomedov and Rozik) get paid a lot of money and it’s a show to make people laugh,” Podpalyana said. “There’s nothing serious about this, this isn’t sport. This is unethical, wrong, from my point of view. It seems to be that only on the one hand it can be correct and beautiful — if martial arts among small people are made a Paralympic sport.

If interest in this appears, it’s only business a lot of money is being invested in it. And from the point of view of the sports career growth of these guys, there are no prospects.

Magomedov, 18, has gained fame as a star on the social media network, Tik Tok — where he had gained popularity and views for impersonating the above-mentioned, fellow Dagestan native, Nurmagomedov, whom he has been pictured with in the past on his social media.

Both Magoemdov and Rozik suffer from a growth disorder in which their disease makes them appear younger than they actually are, as well as their dwarfism.

Earlier this afternoon, the aforementioned, Tamaev posted a series of video clips on his official Instagram account, that has 4.3 million followers, which show Magomedov super-imposed into various scenarios, such as a goalkeeper saving a penalty, and as two-time UFC welterweight title challenger, Jorge Masvidal during his five-second flying knee knockout win over Ben Askren. Throughout the comment section, many users have reacted with laughing face emojis to the post and video content.
