Marlon Moraes is doing all he can not only inside of the Octagon but on social media in order to get a title shot.

As one of the top contenders in the bantamweight division, Moraes has a good chance at fighting for the title in the near future.

With the news of TJ Dillashaw failing a USADA drug test and voluntarily relinquishing the UFC bantamweight title, contenders are making their case known.

Moraes holds recent wins over top contenders Aljamain Sterling, Jimmie Rivera, and Raphael Assuncao. Thus, he thinks he’s near the front of the line for a title shot.

UFC flyweight champion Henry Cejudo is also trying to get into a fight that would see him compete for the vacant title. Should he win the strap, then he would become a two-division champion.

Moraes sent him a warning through the power of social media. In doing so, he also brought up Cejudo’s public pursuit of WWE star Nikki Bella from a few months back. He took to his official Twitter account where he wrote the following:

“Stay humble my friend take care of your business. I will take care of mine, or You’ll strike out with me worse than you did with that WWE girl #bantamweightdivision.”
