Floyd Mayweather is reportedly so confident in himself before Saturday’s bout against Conor McGregor he is considering betting $5 million on the fight.

RJ Bell of Inside Las Vegas reported the news Tuesday, citing a “trusted Vegas source” who said Money is thinking about putting the bet on himself to beat McGregor.

Mayweather is known for gambling significant amounts of money on sporting events and turned heads in May when he was apparently enjoying his winnings after backing Isaiah Thomas and the Boston Celtics in an NBA playoff game:

Money will have to bet a sizable chunk of change if he wants to earn a significant return considering his status as a heavy favorite before Saturday’s fight. According to Joe Osborne of OddsShark, Mayweather checks in at 1-4 odds, while McGregor is listed at 3-1 odds.

It is no surprise Mayweather is seen as such a favorite considering he is a perfect 49-0 in his boxing career. On the other side, McGregor has made a career as a UFC fighter and has never boxed in a professional setting.

If Mayweather places the $5 million bet before Saturday, he will be boxing for more than just his undefeated record in Las Vegas.

Floyd Mayweather Jr. is so focused on his upcoming bout with Conor McGregor, he is apparently cutting back some of his activities outside the ring.

According to TMZ Sports, Mayweather said he “absolutely” will abstain from having sex before the much-anticipated boxing match. Mayweather and McGregor will square off Aug. 26 in Las Vegas.

The comment came in a video exchange with a reporter, which TMZ Sports posted on its website:

TMZ Sports also noted Mayweather’s opponent may not be following the same protocol. In 2015, McGregor told talk show host Conan O’Brien, “That is most certainly a superstition that I do not abide by…I definitely have as much sex as possible.”

McGregor will need as much energy as he can muster against Mayweather considering “Money” is a perfect 49-0 in his illustrious boxing career and is known for his lightning quickness and ability to avoid direct blows from his opponents with his quick footwork.

As for Mayweather, he hasn’t stepped inside the ring since he defeated Andre Berto in September 2015. He coming out of retirement to fight McGregor.

UFC president Dana White assured fans he isn’t “going anywhere” amid speculation he may be leaving the company.

“I’m not going anywhere, brother,” White said Monday, per Lance Pugmire of the Los Angeles Times. “Not only am I not going anywhere, I’m actually making moves in the office and doing [stuff] and changing things for the way I really want it.”

“I’m burrowing myself in like a…tick,” he continued.

Pugmire noted the comments came after reports the talent agency WME/IMG raised $1.1 billion to buy out some of its UFC minority partners.

Pugmire detailed a Silver Lake Partners letter to its shareholders saying WME/IMG will use the money to buy out some of the minority partners. WME/IMG—which is headed by Ari Emanuel and Patrick Whitesell—bought UFC for $4 billion in July 2016, and Pugmire noted “White pocketed $400 million” from the deal.

While he could theoretically leave the company for other ventures with the money, White stressed he and Emanuel are partners.

Attention in the sport now turns to the Aug. 26 boxing showdown between UFC fighter Conor McGregor and boxer Floyd Mayweather in Las Vegas. According to Pugmire, with Showtime televising the event, the fight marks the first time UFC has entered into a cross-promotion deal with another company.
