The winner could very well be on their way to receiving a highly-ranked opponent next. We here at LowKickMMA have compiled our UFC Moscow staff predictions for the Magomedsharipov vs. Kattar main event. Check them out below.

UFC Moscow Staff Predictions

Jon Fuentes:

This is a very interesting matchup. Kattar should have a big edge in the standup department, but Magomedsharipov will have a big advantage himself, in the grappling. However, Kattar has proven to have sick knockout power, and I have a funny feeling he’s going to be able to connect on Magomedsharipov and hand him his first loss under the UFC banner. (Prediction: Calvin Kattar)

Abhinav Kini:

Calvin Kattar should not be slept on. He’s an excellent striker with knockout power. However, I feel he would have benefited more if this was a five-rounder. I see Zabit Magomedsharipov just about edging him on his way to a decision victory, especially in front of a Russian crowd. (Prediction: Zabit Magomedsharipov)

UFC 244 will go down tomorrow (Sat. November 2, 2019) from Madison Square Garden in New York City. Mixed martial arts (MMA) fans will witness a Baddest Mother F*cker Championship bout between welterweights Jorge Masvidal and Nate Diaz.

The winner will likely be next in line for the 170-pound title. We here at LowKickMMA have compiled our UFC 244 staff predictions for the Masvidal vs. Diaz BMF main event. Check them out below.

UFC 244 Staff Predictions

Jon Fuentes:

This is about as close of a matchup as you can get. Two guys who aren’t going to take a back step, likely won’t shoot in for a takedown, and are willing to leave it all inside the Octagon for the win. This has Fight Of The Year written all over it. Diaz has the advantage in this being a five-round fight with his gas tank, but Masvidal’s cardio will be just fine in a main event contest as well.

Diaz is the superior boxer and jiu-jitsu practitioner, but given Demian Maia couldn’t submit Masvidal on the mat, Diaz will likely struggle to do the same. With this one more than likely staying on the feet, and neither man looking to outpoint the other, I have to give the edge to Diaz, who I think takes a decision victory in a dog fight. (Prediction: Nate Diaz)

Abhinav Kini:

Both these guys are very similar in the way that they fight, so we should be in for a barnburner. Diaz is the bigger fighter, but I believe Masvidal is a better boxer, and given the momentum he’s on, I expect him to get the win. (Prediction: Jorge Masvidal)

Cole Shelton:

Nate Diaz vs. Jorge Masvidal is easily the hardest fight to pick this year. It is a super close bout and they both have similar skill sets, and both are tough to finish. I think Jorge will win the early rounds with Nate coming on strong in the later rounds, but in the end, it is Masvidal who wins by decision. (Prediction: Jorge Masvidal)

Tony B. King (aka MC Hydro Phonics):

Tough call here. On one hand, I can see Jorge using leg kicks to break down Diaz’s movement and possibly catch him with a big shot. On the other hand, I can see Diaz marching forward like a soldier and wearing Jorge down and outpointing him for a decision win.

There are lots of variables here to consider. I’ve ran over them all in my head a million times. I have the utmost respect for both of these fighters and hate to see either lose but if I’m forced to pick a winner… I’m going with Nate Diaz Stockton slapping his way to a 5 round decision. (Prediction: Nate Diaz)

Timmy Moran:

Diaz, the self-proclaimed west coast gangster, matches up with Jorge Masvidal, the self-proclaimed dirty south goon, to headline the most exciting welterweight bout this year. Expect fireworks and a predominantly stand up fight where each fighter will exchange strikes until they can’t any longer.

Despite the majority of the contest remaining on the feet, look for Diaz to take Masvidal in deep waters, and look for a potential submission in the championship rounds. Masvidal may start off faster and more aggressive, but I expect Diaz to grow stronger as the fight progresses. (Prediction: Nate Diaz)

UFC on ESPN+ 20 will go down early tomorrow morning (Sat. October 26, 2019) from the Singapore Indoor Stadium in Kallang, Singapore. Mixed martial arts (MMA) fans will be keeping a close eye on the main event, which features Demian Maia vs. Ben Askren in a five-round welterweight collision.

The winner will no doubt be considered to be the best grappler in the UFC. We here at LowKickMMA have compiled our UFC Singapore staff predictions for the Maia vs. Askren main event. Check them out below.

UFC Singapore Staff Predictions

Jon Fuentes:

While some MMA fans may not like it when two grapplers go at it, I, for one, can not wait for this fight. Ben Askren vs. Demian Maia will no doubt solidify who the best grappler in the UFC truly is. Maia has struggled in the past with high-caliber wrestlers, which is exactly what he’ll get with Askren – who is no slouch in the jiu-jitsu department himself. I see Askren getting the decision win in this one, possibly picking up a stoppage via ground-and-pound. (Prediction: Ben Askren)

Abhinav Kini:

I expect this to be a great matchup but I’m not entirely sure it’ll be completely on the ground. Askren is a high-level grappler but it would be too risky for him to fully engage with Maia down there, especially as it could damage his title hopes if he loses twice in a row. He doesn’t have the best striking either, so much so that Maia may even have the advantage there. I’m leaning towards Maia. (Prediction: Demian Maia)

Cole Shelton:

Ben Askren vs. Demian Maia is a grappler’s delight that is a very interesting fight. Askren has to be smart on his takedowns or he will get caught by a submission. We have also seen Maia struggle against wrestlers which will happen here as Askren will use his wrestling and pressure to grind out a decision win. (Prediction: Ben Askren)

UFC Boston goes down tomorrow night (Fri. October 18, 2019) from the TD Garden in Boston, Massachusetts. Headlining the card is a light heavyweight bout between former middleweight king Chris Weidman and rising young contender Dominick Reyes. The bout will be Weidman’s debut at 205 pounds.

We here at LowKickMMA have compiled our UFC Boston staff predictions for the battle. Check them out below.

UFC Boston Staff Predictions

Jon Fuentes:

This is a very interesting matchup. Reyes is very well-rounded, but hasn’t faced a wrestler of Weidman’s caliber yet. Not to mention Weidman will have more mass on him at 205 pounds. However, Weidman has been subject to knockouts as of late, and jumping up to light heavyweight where fighters hit harder might be an issue. I have a funny feeling Reyes gets it done with a TKO finish and punches his ticket to a title fight with Jon Jones (Prediction: Dominick Reyes)

Abhinav Kini:

Ideally, I would pick Dominick Reyes. However, his last performance against Volkan Oezdemir didn’t really impress me and like many, I thought he should have lost that one. I don’t think he’s faced a true wrestler yet either and Weidman has had a lot of time to recover from his last loss and will be better served by not having to cut an extra 20 pounds. I have Weidman winning a decision. (Prediction: Chris Weidman)

Cole Shelton:

Dominick Reyes vs. Chris Weidman is a super interesting fight. It could go one of two ways, in my opinion. Either Reyes knocks Weidman out or Weidman uses his wrestling and his experience to help him ride out a decision win or a submission win. I favor the latter with Weidman getting it done. (Prediction: Chris Weidman)

UFC proved that it is home to the best fighters in the world numerous times throughout the years. We have witnessed the careers of many legendary fighters and seen their best skills. But, there are always some fights that the fans are eager to watch, but unfortunately never happen. UFC will host the 244, and 245 events in the next few months, so before we unveil the five fights that every fan is eager to watch, let’s have a look at the events and its best fights.

UFC Events

The UFC 244 will be special. We finally witness the fight between Jorge Masvidal and Nate Diaz. Jorge is the slight favorite with odds sitting at 1/2. Diaz comes in with 17/10. Apart from them, Kelvin Gastellum vs Darren Till will also be an interesting fight. Kelvin’s odds are 4/6 and Darren’s odds are 11/10. As you can see, betting sites in Canada hold the upper hand for Jorge Masvidal and Darren Till, but that doesn’t mean that the outcome of the fights will be in their favor. After all, all of the fighters are skilled and you can’t rule anybody out, especially a fighter like Nate Diaz.

UFC 245 will host the fight between Amanda Nunes and Germaine de Randamie. Amanda Nunes’ odds are 1/3 and Germaine’s odds are 9/4. Viviane Araújo and Jessica Eyewill also step in the octagon. Now, without any further ado, here are some of our top fights that every fan is eager to watch.

Khabib Nurmagomedov vs. Tony Ferguson
This is the fight that needs to be made. The fight between Khabib and Tony has been building up in the last couple of years. Both fighters are considered as the best in the division and Ferguson will present a new challenge for Khabib. Dana White recently said that this needs to happen and that it is the next logical step for both Khabib and Tony. The fans are just waiting on a bout confirmation and a date.

Conor McGregor vs. Nate Diaz 3
Conor versus Nate 3 will be pure bloodshed. After Nate beat Conor at UFC 196 by submission, Conor came back at UFC 202 and won by decision in an epic war. A trilogy fight will make the fans happier than ever.

Daniel Cormier vs. Stipe Miocic 3
After Cormier knocked Miocic out at UFC 226 in the first round, a rematch was bound to happen. Finally, the two met again in the octagon at UFC 241, but this time Stipe Miocic came out victorious. Just like McGregor and Diaz, a trilogy is expected from the two fighters. Cormier recently stated that the third fight will be his last.

Nate Diaz vs. Georges St-Pierre
UFC 244 will host Nate Diaz vs Jorge Masvidal and that is a fight that everybody is looking forward to, but what of . But the thought of St-Pierre and Diaz sizing up in the octagon is just as thrilling. So far, there are no rumors of a fight between these two, but who knows, maybe we’ll get it.

Conor McGregor vs. Khabib Nurmagomedov
These two are at war. Even though Khabib humbled Conor at UFC 229, everybody feels like this is not over. Although the chance of getting a rematch isn’t likely to happen any time soon, fans are still excited just by the thought of watching another fight between Conor and Khabib.
