The popular middleweight has signed a new multi-fight agreement with the organization, Miller’s manager Ryan Parsons confirmed with MMA Fighting.
The 30-year-old Miller (24-7, 1 NC) was able to sign with the UFC due to the fact that his contract with Strikeforce had expired. No word just yet on when his first fight back inside the Octagon will take place.

When Mike Dolce‘s cell phone buzzes with an unfamiliar number a few days before a major MMA event, he already knows what’s coming.
Dolce’s primary work is as a nutritionist, managing the day-to-day food intake of pro athletes with precision focus. But the creator of “The Dolce Diet” is also known to be something of an expert at temporary weight-cutting, and a last minute call to Dolce means that somewhere, some fighter is panicking.
“I get phone calls the week of, or the night before weigh-ins sometimes,” Dolce said. “I’ve taken same- day requests. I’ve gotten there on the day of the weigh-ins, got in there and gotten it done. I’m able to work a little magic then, but if they’re calling me at that point, they already screwed up.”

Dana White told MMA Fighting earlier this month that Nick Diaz “could be a big star if he would just calm down a little bit and not be so angry with everybody.”
But UFC color analyst Joe Rogan said on Monday’s episode of The MMA Hour that he likes Nick Diaz just the way he is.
“I like Nick Diaz as Nick Diaz. I don’t think he has to do anything different,” Rogan said.
“I think what Nick Diaz needs is big fights. I think what Nick Diaz needs is promotion and big fights. Obviously, I’m biased when it comes to this whole Strikeforce-UFC thing, both under the same umbrella, but what I hope it leads to is super-fights. I want to see Nick Diaz against the very best in the UFC. I would love to see Nick Diaz vs. Josh Koscheck. I would love to see Nick Diaz vs. Georges St-Pierre.”

UFC president Dana White has indicated to MMA Fighting that the promotion has no interest in offering a fight to Brazilian pioneer Royce Gracie for the UFC’s upcoming August event in Rio de Janeiro, refuting previous reports that talks between the two sides could result in a Gracie return.
Just last week, Gracie told Brazilian news site Esporte.UOL.com that negotiations for his return were ongoing.
Whether it was because Silva had still not healed up from knee surgery or didn’t want to fight Stann because, as he tweeted, “I respect so much … army guys,” remains unclear. What we do know is Stann (10-3) is now fighting Jorge Santiago (23-8) at UFC 130, while Silva got his original wish of fighting Leben at UFC 132.
“I buy his reason because I don’t see Wanderlei ever having to lie to anybody about anything,” Stann said when asked on Monday’s episode of The MMA Hour if he believed Silva didn’t want to fight simply because he didn’t want to get booed. “He’s got nothing to prove for the rest of his life, as far as I’m concerned, especially in this sport.
