Logan Paul

Logan Paul snapped back at Brendan Schaub after the former UFC heavyweight expressed frustration over the legal issues looming over Paul’s upcoming fight with Dillon Danis.

Danis is expected to make his return to competition for the first time in four years on October 14, but much of his comeback has been overshadowed after the BJJ specialist became the subject of a lawsuit filed by Logan Paul’s fiancee, swimsuit model Nina Agdal.

In the suit, Danis is accused of targeting Agdal online more than 250 times by posting a bevy of NSFW photos, memes, and comments in an attempt to slut-shame the Dane. Danis insists that it was nothing more than a tactic to build up his fight with Logan Paul, but he appeared to take things a bit too far when he shared a sexually explicit photo of Agdal that was taken during a “romantic encounter” more than a decade ago.

Releasing the private image could potentially result in Danis facing charges for violating state and federal ‘revenge porn’ laws. If guilty, Danis could be on the hook for hundreds of thousands of dollars.

While most fight fans would agree that the drama has made the fight between Dillon Danis and Logan Paul more interesting, Brendan Schaub doesn’t see it that way. Taking to social media, Schaub voiced his opinion on the pending lawsuit suggesting that Paul is breaking some kind of unwritten rule by getting lawyers involved in something that was simply meant to promote his fight.

“This bums me out,” Schaub wrote on X. “First rule of fight club: 1. Don’t sue another fighter building the fight.”

Logan Paul Slams Two-Faced Brendan Schaub

Logan Paul didn’t take kindly to Schaub’s comments and quickly snapped back, reminding the former fighter that it was not him suing Danis, but an innocent bystander who endured the brunt of his incessant trolling.

“It bums me out that three weeks ago, I DM’d you Nina’s lawsuit details because of your ignorance and your response was, ‘Oh Jesus. Did not know that. Not cool.’ …Then, you come on here talking about fight club rules like you’re the referee. This twisted ‘promotion’ has gone FAR beyond the fight game and you know that,” Paul responded.

“Plus, I’m not the one suing him. He picked a fight with an innocent woman who is standing up for herself the only way she can: by holding a predator legally accountable for breaking the law — any person who doesn’t understand that is a delusional twat. The lawsuit is HER choice, and I fully support her.

“Now I get to break his face in front of millions of people & ruin his entire life. Win win.”

Since the official announcement of Logan Paul Vs. Danis, the latter has gone on a social media trolling campaign, mainly targeting Paul’s relationship with his fiancé Nina Agdal. Danis has also taken issue with Paul’s well documented multi-million dollar crypt currency scam, alleged use of steroids and his ‘hydration’ drink, Prime.

Danis’ profile has grown massively over the past few months, going from an inactive MMA fighter mostly known for social media antics, to one of the most talked about names in combat sports.

Danis came to be known within the MMA community through his links with McGregor, who enlisted the help of the American for his BJJ skills. Danis is a multiple time BJJ world champion and was a prominent member of the Irishman’s camp in the build up to his fight with Khabib Nurmagomedov

I saw when Dillon was here, I loved the little vibe yous had back and forth. Dillon is a good friend of mine,” McGregor said while appearing on the MMA Hour with Ariel Helwani back in March of this year.

he had an injury, he’s only a young lad. He’s good for the game, he’s good for the game. I hope he can come back as well.”

Taking to social media, McGegor wish him well, but also urged Danis to ‘break’ Paul’s leg.

My idol and one of my best friends,” Danis initially posted.

Let’s go brother! Logans broken. Broken wrist. Broken heart. Pull guard and break his leg. Depending. Enjoy! Cash in time. Well done! Respect. Make the walk and you a winner,” McGregor said.

Logan Paul

Jake and Logan Paul believe they’ve got Dillon Danis backed into a corner after the latter’s fiancee, Nina Agdal, filed a lawsuit against the BJJ specialist last month.

Dillon Danis is scheduled to compete for the first time in more than four years when he steps inside the squared circle for a showdown with Logan Paul in Manchester, England. The pair will throw hands in the co-main event of Misfits Boxing’s ‘The PRIME Card’ on October 14.

To try and build hype for the fight with the WWE Superstar, Danis targeted Agdal online, posting NSFW images of the Danish swimsuit model and attempting to slut-shaming her over a series of past relationships. Danis’s trolling tactics caused his social media numbers to skyrocket, but after sharing a sexually explicit photo of Agdal taken during a “romantic encounter” more than a decade ago, Danis finds himself in violation of state and federal ‘revenge porn’ laws that could have him on the hook for hundreds of thousands of dollars.

Speaking about the situation on their podcast BS w/ Jake Paul, the brothers discussed Danis’ potentially dire situation and their belief that the former Bellator fighter is now in desperate need of a payday.

“He has to fight now because he has tons of lawyers to pay for,” Jake Paul said. “Probably for the next… Two, three years worth, and if you have good lawyers, he said 400k in lawyer fees. It’s probably gonna be more than that actually because if he pulls out, he still has to pay the lawyer fees because the lawsuit is still there and he still has to pay the 100k. I bet you in his bank account… I’ve done a little math and I think Dillon Danis has about $60,000 to his name and that’s being generous.”

Logan Paul Wants to Hit Dillon Danis Where It Hurts for the Rest of His Life

The ‘Problem Child’ suggested that without this fight, Danis could very well find himself declaring bankruptcy with all the looming lawyer fees and potential damages he could be liable for.

“Even then, it doesn’t end. You put liens on every paycheck he earns for the rest of his life,” Logan Paul added.

“He doesn’t know that what he did was wrong. I also think people are confused about what the lawsuit is. I think a lot of people think it’s about the photos he’s been posting. The photos that are online. It’s not. It’s about a serious crime he committed and to be honest… I don’t know if I want to or even can or should dive in that much because I don’t want to undermine the justice system. It speaks for itself and I don’t want this to appear like fight promotion.

“The lawsuit has nothing to do with me, bro. This is Nina’s thing. This is her decision. I support her 100 f*cking percent. I love that girl so much and this has been crazy for both of us.”

Former two-weight UFC champion, Conor McGregor has revealed that despite plans to train Straight Blast Gym training partner, Dillon Danis for his upcoming October boxing match with Logan Paul, the pair failed to link up amid a recent training camp in Cannes, France.

McGregor, a former undisputed featherweight and lightweight champion under the banner of the UFC, has been sidelined from the Octagon amid a fractured leg suffered back in 2021, in his trilogy rubber match loss to former interim titleholder, Dustin Poirier.

And despite initially laying out plans for a December return this year at the welterweight limit against Michael Chandler, McGregor has since seen that timeframe quashed, with UFC CEO, Dana White instead confirming how he expects the Crumlin striker to instead make a return in 2024.

Sharing his thoughts on Danis’ upcoming professional boxing debut against the outspoken, Paul next month in the UK, McGregor remains non-committal on if he would even attend the showcase, before revealing he never got the chance to train Danis for the bout.

“Dillon’s (Danis) gonna win, Dillon will win,” Conor McGregor told All Out Fighting. “You know, [Dillon Danis] had the baby, we didn’t get to train together. So, I don’t know the ins and outs. I know he’s doing well, he’s still training and he’s gonna go for it. He’s had a baby, he had a new baby so I tried to bring him out. Dillon’s good.” (H/T TalkSPORT)

In recent weeks, footage has emerged of Danis training alongside former undisputed middleweight UFC champion, Alex Pereira in Connecticut – as the Brazilian prepares for his own fighting return at UFC 295 in November at Madison Square Garden, taking on Jiri Prochazka for the vacant light heavyweight title.

Dillon Danis

BJJ specialist Dillon Danis has enlisted the assistance of three-time GLORY Kickboxing world champion Alex Pereira ahead of his highly anticipated clash with social media sensation Logan Paul.

On October 14, Danis is scheduled to make his long-awaited return to competitive combat sports when he steps inside the squared circle for a scrap with Paul as part of Misfits Boxing’s ‘The PRIME Card’ in Manchester, England. With the bout closing in and some serious bragging rights at stake, Danis has called in one of the UFC’s biggest guns to help him get ready for his boxing debut.

In a post on social media, Danis revealed that he has been training with none other than the former UFC middleweight world champion, Alex Pereira.

“Heavy rounds today with @AlexPereiraUFC Don’t worry Logan, get the ring cards ready for Nina,” Danis wrote. “I’ll be there October 14th and I’m gonna break your face p*ssy.”

Ahead of his epic UFC 293 title win against Israel Adesanya, Sean Strickland was also spotted training alongside Alex Pereira. Will Dillon Danis see similar results from his work with the heavy-handed Brazilian?

The Warfare Between Dillon Danis and Logan Paul Began Long Before Their Scheduled Scrap

The showdown between Dillon Danis and Logan Paul may still be a few weeks away, but the war has been raging on from the moment that the bout was officially announced. Over the last month and a half, Danis has routinely targeted Paul on social media by regularly taking digs at the WWE Superstar’s fiancee, swimsuit model Nina Agdal. Danis has relentlessly trolled Agdal, using her dating history as an opportunity slut-shame the Dane more than 250 times online.

However, Danis appeared to take things too far when he posted a sexually explicit image of Agdal on X. The photo was reportedly taken during “a romantic encounter” more than a decade ago and was not meant for public distribution. As a result, Agdal filed a lawsuit against Danis noting that he had violated state and federal ‘revenge porn’ laws by sharing the photo without her consent. That move could end up costing Danis hundreds of thousands of dollars.

Despite that, Dillon Danis has still regularly taken digs at both Agdal and Paul on social media, but the frequency of his posts has slowed significantly due to the impending lawsuit and an enforced restraining order preventing Danis from posting any sexually explicit photos of Agdal.

Logan Paul and Dillon Danis will not be tested for performance-enhancing substances ahead of their October 14 clash in Manchester.

Currently, the two social media stars are slated to scrap in the co-main event of Misfits Boxing’s ‘The PRIME Card’ next month. Paul’s friend and business partner KSI, real name Olajide Olayinka Williams, will headline the event, squaring off with undefeated British boxing standout Tommy Fury. As previously reported, both KSI and Fury have submitted tests via the Voluntary Anti-Doping Agency, or VADA, and will continue to do so leading up to their showdown in the UK.

However, Logan Paul and Dillon Danis will not be participating in any type of screening through VADA or USADA. Addressing this on a recent episode of his IMPAULSIVE podcast, Paul is not sure why neither of them are being tested ahead of their highly anticipated clash, but he’s more than happy to do it. On one condition that is.

“I’m not on steroids,” Paul said. “I don’t know how many times I need to clarify this, I don’t know why we aren’t doing USADA or VADA testing, the conversation was never had between us – I’m more than happy to do it, I’ll do it – I just have one request; Dillon laughed at me in the face-to-face but if I do a drug test I want him to do an STD test.

“I’m just curious what’s going to show up and he laughed at me, he wasn’t interested in doing that and I wonder why, I wonder what you got, you feel like a gonorrhea guy to me” (h/t Mirror).

Dillon Danis’ Recent Legal Issues

Many fight fans are surprised the contest is still on the docket considering all the legal ramifications surrounding Dillon Danis’ online attack on Logan Paul’s fiancée Nina Agdal. From the moment their bout was first announced, Danis targeted the Danish swimsuit model on social media, poking fun at her plethora of past relationships. Danis took things a bit too far when she shared a sexually explicit image of Agdal that was reportedly taken during a romantic encounter more than a decade ago.

As the picture was never intended to be distributed to the public, Danis is now facing both state and federal charges on top of a lawsuit from Agdal seeking potentially hundreds of thousands in damages.

Fortunately, Misfits Boxing came prepared by booking BKFC star ‘Platinum’ Mike Perry as the official backup for the contest, in the event that Dillon Danis either backed out or was pulled from the matchup.
