Hungover from UFC 217? Eat a greasy hamburger, drink a sports beverage, hit the sauna and get your head back in the game. UFC Fight Night 120 happens Saturday, and the company’s first event to Norfolk, Virginia, comes packed with dynamite.

There are no title fights on the card. Only five of the 12 main-card fighters appear in the UFC’s official rankings (for the loaded UFC 217, it was eight of 10).

So sluggishness is understandable, and I would stop short of calling this essential viewing. But if you are a fight fan, there’s a good chance you are going to be entertained. The 13-fight slate is packed with action fighters and mouthwatering matchups. Here are the three bouts you can’t miss.

For the sake of variety, we will look past the main event of Dustin Poirier vs. Anthony Pettis. That should be a great fight, but it’s no fun to pick the main event.

Strawweight

Angela Hill (7-3) vs. Nina Ansaroff (7-5)

Odds: Hill -188 (wager $188 to win $100)

Airs on: Fox Sports 1

Former Invicta strawweight champ and The Ultimate Fighter competitor Angela Hill is looking for her second straight win in her second UFC run. Her first fight back was a loss but earned Fight of the Night honors against top contender Jessica Andrade.

Hill brings her hyperathletic muay thai to bear against Nina Ansaroff’s kickboxing. Neither of these fighters is exceptionally interested in the ground, though if anyone’s going to take it there, it’s Ansaroff. But if it goes true to form, this fight will be a striking battle. And that striking battle will be downright pyrotechnic.

Welterweight

Matt Brown (20-16) vs. Diego Sanchez (27-10)

Odds: Brown -315 (wager $315 to win $100)

Airs on: Fox Sports 1

This is as much of a no-brainer as the main event. Perhaps more so. There is zero chance this plays out as anything other than a slugfest.

Matt Brown’s American muay thai is one of the more rugged offensive attacks in UFC welterweight history. He has put away good fighters time and again in his career—with extreme prejudice.

Diego Sanchez is one of the greatest berserkers the UFC has ever seen, in any division. At one time known for power wrestling, Sanchez has turned into an unabashed brawler, known and loved for his blood-soaked abandon in the cage and his, uh, colorful lifestyle outside it.

Both of these men badly need a win to get back on top. Brown is 36 and Sanchez 35, but given their styles, they have both aged beyond their years. Brown is a substantial favorite, but Sanchez won’t give an inch. That’s the attitude fans love and fear.

Bantamweight

Marlon Moraes (18-5-1) vs. John Dodson (19-8)

Odds: Dodson/Moraes -110 (wager $110 to win $100)

Airs on: Fox Sports 1

Here’s a hidden gem for the prelim watchers. During his entire five-year UFC tenure, Jackson-Winkeljohn product John Dodson has lost to two men. One of those men is flyweight champ and reigning pound-for-pound king Demetrious Johnson, who beat him twice, hence Dodson’s reappearance at bantamweight.

Dodson remains incredibly athletic, lightning-quick in his movements and packing river stones for a left hand. He’s no stranger to the ground or the clinch, either.

Marlon Moraes has good jiu-jitsu, but his real stock-in-trade is muay thai. He loves to wear people down with strikes from the clinch and chew them up in open space. He’s not a power striker, but he will slice opponents open and leave them in tatters. If Dodson can’t get in on the taller Moraes and land that big left flush, he may be in for a long night with the savvy, well-rounded Brazilian.

Ever since UFC lightweight champion Conor McGregor first began seriously pursuing a boxing match with Floyd Mayweather, more and more UFC stars have been making it clear that they are eager to follow in his footsteps.

With the blockbuster bout in Las Vegas having generated an unprecedented level of interest around the globe, racked up millions of buys on pay-per-view, and earned both fighters astronomical amounts of money, that’s a trend that’s set to continue, and it’s certainly not beyond the realms of possibility that there could be more crossover fights like this in the future.

In this article, we’ll focus on 10 UFC stars – including several current and former champions – that are now demanding to be next in line to test themselves in ‘The Sweet Science,’ and look at the blockbuster match-ups they have in mind for their boxing debuts.

Stipe Miocic

Not content to just be the UFC heavyweight champion of the world, Stipe Miocic also has his eye on winning a boxing heavyweight title too.

”Want a more exciting fight?” Miocic wrote on Twitter after the conclusion of Mayweather Vs McGregor. “The two best heavyweights in the world. @anthonyfjoshua let’s do this. Don’t be scared homie!”

This wasn’t Miocic’s first attempt to call out the heavyweight champion, but his initial attempt a couple of months earlier hadn’t received the response he’d hoped for, with Joshua mimicking Conor McGregor in his reply, stating, “Who the foook is that guy?”

”This guy” is the universally recognized as the baddest man on the planet,” Miocic had fired back. “You aren’t even the baddest man in the UK.”

Anthony Joshua

It was a good response, but truth be told, the undefeated Anthony Joshua is now the king of heavyweight boxing in 2017, having beaten the legendary Vladimir Klitschko by 11th round TKO in an instant-classic battle at Wembley Stadium earlier this year to claim the IBF, WBA (Super) and IBO heavyweight titles.

Still, Miocic is riding high on confidence after defeating Fabricio Werdum to win the UFC title last year, followed up by two successful defenses against Alistair Overeem and Junior dos Santos, all coming by way of strikes in the first round, and he feels his background as a former Golden Gloves boxing champion lends his bid more credibility.

Nevertheless, Joshua has yet to take the bait, and in fact, at the time of writing, he’s just lined up his next fight against Kubrat Pulev in October.

A new bout has been announced for UFC Fight Night 120, and it features a fantastic showdown.

The UFC has booked a pair of bantamweight sluggers for the upcoming event, according to Farah Hannou. John Dodson will square off with former World Series of Fighting champion Marlon Moraes.

As of this writing, the UFC has yet to make the upcoming bout official. The MMA (mixed martial arts) promotion is expected to announce it shortly. In the meantime, Dodson later announced the matchup himself on his Twitter account.

Dodson (19-8) has been on a rollercoaster ride as of late as he has been alternating wins and losses since 2015. The former title contender has picked up wins over Zach Makovsky, Manny Gamburyan and, most recently, Eddie Wineland in April. As of late, he lost to current flyweight champion Demetrious Johnson and John Lineker. Dodson returned to bantamweight following his loss to Johnson at UFC 191 in September 2015.

On the flip side, Moraes (18-4-1) was on a 13-fight winning streak, with five successful title defenses before his UFC arrival. Once he finally decided to jump over to the UFC, he dropped a split decision to Raphael Assuncao at UFC 212 in June, which marked his promotional debut.

UFC Fight Night 120 is scheduled to take place on November 11, 2017, at the Ted Constant Convocation Center in Norfolk, Virginia. The main card will air on FOX Sports 1 while the preliminary card will split air time on FS1 and the promotion’s official streaming service, UFC Fight Pass. A lightweight bout between Anthony Pettis and Dustin Poirier is expected to serve as the night’s main event. Here is the updated card:

Anthony Pettis vs. Dustin Poirier

John Dodson vs. Marlon Moraes

Matt Brown vs. Diego Sanchez

Nina Ansaroff vs. Angela Hill

Cezar Ferreira vs. Nate Marquardt

Karl Roberson vs. Darren Stewart

Jake Collier vs. Marcel Fortuna

Junior Albini vs. Andrei Arlovski

Court McGee vs. Sean Strickland

Clay Guida vs. Joe Lauzon

Viviane Pereira vs. Tatiana Suarez
