UFC star Tom Aspinall has gone head to head with boxer Tommy Fury to see who has the hardest punch, and they’ve captured the best moments on video for Aspinall’s YouTube channel.

At 15-3, Aspinall has been a menace to the UFC’s heavyweight division. He’s young, fast, powerful, and technical. Aspinall encompasses a very well-rounded base while also possessing some impressive physical attributes. He’s ended his last three fights via KO/TKO, and obviously, his hands contain some serious dynamite.

On the other hand, you have Tommy Fury, the younger brother of the infamous boxing star Tyson Fury. Tommy Fury and Aspinall are definitely much different in size and stature, but they still wanted to hang out and take a literal swing at things on a punch machine, which turns punching strength into a numerical high score that shines on the machine.

Tom aspinall and Tommy Fury take a swing at things

Fury has been taking time off to recuperate from surgery on his right hand, so the duo started the competition off with some left hooks. Tyson’s little bro clocked in some left hooks at the scores of 827 and 825 but was just paving the way for Aspinall to outshine him. The UFC interim champion didn’t disappoint and took the round with a left hook that scored a whopping 843 to win the first set.

The next round would feature elbows, and it was ironic because Fury seemingly picked the strike, even though one would imagine the MMA fighter Aspinall would have much more practice at throwing elbows. Surprisingly, Tom Aspinall lost this round with a score of 770, and Fury clinched it with a score of 783.

Next came headbutts. These didn’t score very well, and both men scored around 300. Finally, paying homage to Dana White’s slap-fighting league, came slaps. Aspinal took this final round, slapping his way to a high score of 764.

Do you think Tom Aspinall will ever unify the belts in a match against Jon Jones?

Boxing Legend Roy Jones Jr. wants to fight tommy fury: ‘That would be out of this world’

Roy Jones Jr

Boxing legend Roy Jones Jr. is ready to throw hands with Tommy Fury.

It will be a star-studded event in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia as some of the biggest names in combat sports head to the Middle East to take in Saturday’s highly anticipated clash between former UFC champion Francis Ngannou and reigning WBC heavyweight titleholder Tyson Fury.

Two of those stars, multi-time world champion Roy Jones Jr. and Tyson Fury’s undefeated younger brother, Tommy Fury, hooked up and verbally agreed to strap on the eight-ounce gloves against one another if Fury’s father, John Fury, steps inside the ring with another icon of the sport, ‘Iron’ Mike Tyson.

“I said if your father fights Mike [Tyson], me and you do the co-main event,” Jones Jr. said in a video clip shared by Happy Punch on X. “That would be out of this world, brother. If they fight, me and him on the undercard.”

Tommy Fury was 100 percent on board with the idea saying, “Let’s do it. Honestly.”

John Fury, the eccentric father of both Tommy and Tyson Fury, has taken issue with Mike Tyson’s involvement in his son’s fight against Francis Ngannou, suggesting that the former undisputed heavyweight world champion is a traitor to his sport by coaching an MMA fighter against a legitimate boxer. As a result, John Fury has called for a boxing match with Mike Tyson to settle their differences like proper warriors.

Mike Tyson last competed in November 2020, stepping into the ring for an exhibition bout with Roy Jones Jr. The bout was dubbed a draw after eight rounds and it appeared that ‘Iron’ was all, but retired following the contest. But when it comes to a big money-making opportunity, never say never.

“I don’t do that stuff no more,” Mike Tyson told TheMACLife when asked about a potential exhibition bout with John Fury. “I only fight for money. Everybody wants me to fight an exhibition. Everybody. Hey, listen… If the price is right.”

With both John and Tommy Fury on board for the potential event, perhaps Tyson Fury will book himself a fight on the card and make it a full-on family affair.

Misfits Boxing’s latest offering, featuring the highly anticipated grudge match between Logan Paul and Dillon Danis, appears to have been a smash hit, reportedly bringing in 1.3 million pay-per-view buys.

The report comes courtesy of Happy Punch who revealed the massive number on social media which is said to include over 800,000 live purchases, making it the largest non-professional/amateur boxing event of all time.

Much of that success is being credited to Dillon Danis who brought an insane amount of attention to the event and his fight with Paul after spending weeks online terrorizing the social media star and his fiancee, Nina Agdal ahead of fight night. Unfortunately, the build-up turned out to be much more entertaining than the fight, with Danis opting to keep his guard high and absorb punishment for six rounds of lackluster action.

In the end, Danis was disqualified for trying to lock in a guillotine choke in the waning seconds of the final round. The attempt sent team members from both sides rushing into the ring, including Logan Paul’s boxing brother, Jake Paul, who quickly ran in before retreating from the scuffle.

Dillon Danis and Tommy Fury Fail to Live Up to the Hype

In the main event of the evening, UK superstars KSI and Tommy Fury squared off in another bout that left a lot to be desired. Through six rounds, both fighters most of their time in the clinch, prompting the referee to step in every two seconds and offer up the occasional warning. By the time it was all said and done, Fury walked away with his 10th straight win via a majority decision.

In an interview with Boxing Social, John Fury, the father of both Tommy Fury and his world champion brother, Tyson Fury, offered up his take on the sleep-inducing contest.

“To be honest with you, styles make fights and it wasn’t a good watch,” John Fury told Boxing Social. I’m used to seeing two men stand up and box properly. But when another man’s from another background completely to what we’re doing, it’s hard to replicate in sparring, but we knew what he was going to do and I didn’t expect the referee to let him get away with as much holding.

“He was holding him constantly and he couldn’t get his arms out, he was smothering his work, it was horrible to watch. Listen, like I said to mark the end of it: If [KSI] had gotten the decision, there’d have been no qualms from me” (h/t Boxing Scene).

Fortunately, the event was loaded up with a lot of entertaining undercard fights, making up for the less-than-impressive showing by the final four.

Darren Till claims he would comatose KSI, Dillon Danis, Tommy Fury and Logan Paul after Misfits boxing match

Former UFC title challenger, Darren Till reacts to last nights Misfits boxing card, labelling the top two fights as an ‘atrocity’.

After all the build-up, all the talk, KSI, Dillon Danis, Logan Paul and Tommy Fury put on what can only be described as underwhelming performances.

In Paul Vs. Danis the latter was happy to plod forward with a high guard, occasionally flicking out a pathetic jab and rarely landing anything of significance throughout the contest. then when things got bad, Danis would try to mix in some grappling, before being untimely disqualified. While Paul weighs well over 200lbs, sporting a physique that explains all his steroid accusations, the American had no pop on his shots. Paul clearly won the contest, but his skills are that of a novice – far below where his raging ego believes he is.

Fury Vs. KSI was a tough watch, with KSI chose to do a poor impression of Michael ‘Venom’ Page, bouncing on his toes before throwing wildly. Then came the clinching.

KSI would elect to clinch constantly throughout the fight, ruining the chances of any sort of action happening. Fury was not much better, for a supposed professional boxer, he was poor and showed nothing special.

Darren Till reacts

Fans of combat sports took to social media on mass to criticize performances from the ‘crossover’ kings.

One of which was Darren Till, who was in the arena for the action and would not hold back on any of them. ‘The Gorilla’ then laid out his plans to ‘comatose’ one of them after he takes out Mike Perry.

Watched an absolute atrocity last night in the form of ‘boxing’

Logan is dog shit. Tommy is even more dog shit. KSI is dog shit. Dillon couldn’t even box eggs. No one won. Hell won cos we are living in it.
@PlatinumPerry was the only real fighter there last night & after I knockout him clean out, I would comatose all of the above. Bad. Real bad.
Goodnight, god bless.
The Gorilla
Congrats to @Misfitsboxing for the success of the show. The production n everything was pin point perfect. @SaurelandBros

Till and Perry are currently talking up a potential boxing clash between them,

Tommy Fury lands majority decision win over KSI on the prime card boxing match highlights

Undefeated professional boxer, Tommy Fury remains unbeaten throughout his brief professional career tonight in the main card of The Prime Card under the Misfits Boxing banner — landing a close, majority decision win over YouTuber and musician, KSI — improving to 10-0 as a professional.

Fury, who entered tonight’s main event clash with KSI off the back of a prior decision win over Jake Paul earlier this year, improved to 10-0 tonight against British puncher, KSI, managing to win a majority judging win over the former, after seeing a point deduction in the second round after landing strike to the back of the head.

Managing to hand KSI his first professional boxing loss, Tommy Fury evaded a clinch-heavy attempt and approach from the former, who appeared to implement a bladed-stance approach throughout the six round limit of their fight, offered very little in terms of offence against Fury throughout the bout to boot.

Shouting robbery throughout his post-fight in-ring interview, KSI claimed he would be appealing the decision, before mocking Fury’s gameplan and approach — with the ex-Love Island star also revealing he had no intentions of fighting KSI again, nor Logan Paul, and scoffed at a potential rematch with Jake Paul.

John Fury doesn’t see social media star KSI giving his son, undefeated British standout Tommy Fury, any trouble when the two step inside the boxing ring for a main event clash on October 14.

Emanating from Manchester, England, Misfits Boxing’s ‘The PRIME Card’ will feature a showdown between two undefeated pugilists as KSI, real name Olajide Olayinka Williams Olatunji, returns to the squared circle for a meeting with undefeated scrapper Tommy Fury. Looking for his 10th-straight victory, Fury goes into the bout fresh off his split decision victory over Jake Paul in February.

With fight night looming, Tommy Fury’s father and coach, John Fury who is sponsored by Free Bets joined Murdo Todd for a LowKick MMA exclusive interview to discuss the impending matchup.

“I know how good Tommy is and KSI is going to find out how good Tommy is on the night,” Fury said. “I’m not gonna shout, and scream, and jump up and down because I’ve done all that, but the time for talking is over. Action speaks louder than words. We’ve said this, we’ve said that. He’s been saying plenty. Let’s see if he can back it up on the night. I hope he can” .

John Fury Disputes the Notion that KSI Has Boxing Skills

Asked for his opinion on KSI’s skills in the boxing ring, John Fury instead questioned whether or not the PRIME Energy guru had any skills to assess.

“What skills? He’s only been boxing for two minutes,” Fury responded. “He’s probably got internet skills.”

KSI is currently undefeated in boxing with his most notable victory coming against Jake Paul’s older brother, Logan Paul, who will also feature on the Misfits Boxing card. Since then, KSI has bested a number of aspiring hip-hop artists and social media stars such as Swarmz and FaZe Temperrr.

Tommy Fury will represent the first time KSI has stepped inside the ring with a legitimate boxer.
